Delete account
How to delete your Sihreej account yourself, and what is deleted and what stays.

Sihreej is a service run by Ramez Studio (Ramez Medhat Al-Maqtari, Yemen), which is responsible for processing your account data.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Sihreej and open “Settings”.
- Below “Devices and sessions” you'll find “Delete account”: tap its button, and the “Delete your account” window shows what will be deleted.
- Tap “Send the code”, and a six-digit code arrives in your email.
- Enter the code, then tap “Request deletion”.
- All your sessions end now, and we email you the date. To cancel, sign in before then and tap “Cancel deletion”.
What is deleted and what stays
When you ask to delete your account, the deletion takes place after 14 days, and you can cancel it by signing in before then. Your personal data is then erased: your name, email, phone, sessions, devices and sign-in log. What you wrote in companies stays with them under the name “Deleted user”, because it is part of their work record. A company of yours with no one in it but you is deleted together with your account.
The account of the only owner of a company that has other members is not deleted until they transfer its ownership — or, if none of its members can take it over, delete the company or remove its members.
On deletion, the subscription is canceled, and the remaining paid period is not refunded.
